How to remove EazyWebsite's access to your WhatsApp account and ask us to delete your data.

1. Who this page is for

Clients, their team members, and people who receive messages through our platform.

This page explains how to delete data held by EazyWebsite, a brand of StellarCart, in connection with our website, our services and our WhatsApp messaging platform (the "Messaging Platform"). It applies to:

  • our clients and their team members;
  • people who receive WhatsApp messages from businesses that use the Messaging Platform.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we hold and why.

2. Disconnect your WhatsApp account

Remove our access to your WhatsApp Business Account yourself.

You connected your WhatsApp Business Account to us through Meta, and you can remove our access through Meta at any time:

  1. Sign in to Meta Business Suite (business.facebook.com) as an admin of your business portfolio.
  2. Open Settings and select your WhatsApp account.
  3. Open the list of partners or apps connected to the account, and remove EazyWebsite.

Meta changes its menus from time to time. If you cannot find this option, email support@eazywebsite.in and we will disconnect your account for you.

Once your account is disconnected, the Messaging Platform can no longer send or receive messages for your number. Your WhatsApp Business Account, phone number and message templates stay with you, because they belong to your business, not to us.

3. Delete your client account data

For businesses using the Messaging Platform.

  1. Email support@eazywebsite.in from the email address registered with your account. Use the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. In the email, include:
    • your business name;
    • your registered phone number;
    • whether you want your whole account deleted, or only specific data (for example, one contact list).
  3. We verify your request and acknowledge it within 3 business days.
  4. If you want a copy of your data before it is deleted, tell us. We will send you an export first.
  5. Within 30 days of verifying your request, we:
    • disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account;
    • delete your account data, contacts, message history and stored access tokens;
    • confirm the deletion by email.

Owners and managers can also delete individual contacts and their message history from inside the Messaging Platform at any time.

4. If you received messages from a business

For customers of businesses that use our platform.

If a business sent you WhatsApp messages through our Messaging Platform:

  • To stop marketing messages: reply STOP in the chat, or tap the "Stop offers" button where it is shown. The business will no longer be able to send you marketing messages through our platform.
  • To have your data deleted: contact the business directly, because it decides how your data is used. You can also email support@eazywebsite.in with your phone number and the business's name. We will forward your request to the business, help it act on the request, and confirm to you when it is done.
  • To block the business: you can block or report it from inside WhatsApp at any time.

5. Remove our app from Facebook

If you connected WhatsApp by signing in with Facebook.

Clients connect WhatsApp to us through Facebook Login for Business, so our app may appear in your Facebook settings. To remove it:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Find Business integrations (on some accounts this is called Apps and websites).
  3. Select EazyWebsite and remove it.

This removes the permissions you granted to our app. To delete the data we already hold, follow section 3.

6. What we may keep

Records we are required to keep, and copies we cannot reach.

Even after a deletion request, we may keep:

  • invoices and tax records, for as long as the law requires;
  • records we need to resolve disputes or prove compliance, such as opt-out records.

Some copies of data are outside our control and we cannot delete them:

  • messages that were already delivered, which stay on the recipient's phone;
  • Meta's own records, which Meta keeps under its own policies.
